omnikom designs, deploys, and operates outbound acquisition lanes: target market and icp definition, data sourcing and enrichment from public records and licensed third-party data partners, outreach execution, qualification against agreed criteria, ai-assisted call summaries and scoring, and delivery of qualified opportunities into a client's crm with notes, status, source, and next step.

no guaranteed outcomes
omnikom does not promise what a client's sales team must close. we guarantee the operating standards of the acquisition lane: data, outreach, qualification, delivery, reporting, replacement, and optimization. we do not guarantee revenue, profit, closed deals, signed contracts, patients, cases, policies, or commissions. specific delivery guarantees, where they apply, are defined in the signed service agreement, not on this site.

client responsibilities
clients remain responsible for sales execution, pricing, offers, reputation, field operations, customer service, transactions, licensing and regulated activity, industry-specific legal compliance, and closing and fulfillment. omnikom operates the lane; the client owns conversion.

payment and fees
fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out exclusively in the signed service agreement for each client.
ownership and confidentiality
what belongs to whom, and what stays private.

intellectual property
the omnikom name, logo, site design, copy, diagrams, and underlying code and systems are the property of omnikom, unless otherwise noted. you may view and share this site for legitimate evaluation purposes. you may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or repurpose site content, branding, or the underlying infrastructure design for a competing use without written permission.

client data and confidentiality
data a client provides or that omnikom sources and enriches on a client's behalf during an active engagement remains the client's data and is handled under the confidentiality terms of the signed service agreement and the privacy policy. omnikom does not sell client data.

the governing-law jurisdiction will be confirmed as omnikom's operating entity and registration are finalized. any dispute arising from use of this site or, absent a separate agreement, from a service relationship, is resolved under that jurisdiction's laws, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
omnikom may update these terms as the service, the site, or applicable law changes. the "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. material changes to an active client's service terms are handled through the signed service agreement, not through a silent update to this page.
