this policy covers omnikom.com and the outbound acquisition lanes omnikom builds and operates for clients: what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. written in plain terms, and kept honest.

in plain terms
the short version.
- we collect prospect and account data from public records and licensed third-party data partners, plus what you or your company give us directly.
- we use it to build and operate an outbound acquisition lane, qualify opportunities, and deliver them into a client's crm, or to run our own business.
- we do not sell personal information to data brokers or third parties for their own marketing.
- opt-out and do-not-contact requests are honored on every lane we run.
- this is a summary for convenience. the full policy below is the one that controls.
the policy

-
who this policy covers
this policy applies to omnikom.com and to the outbound acquisition lanes omnikom builds and operates on behalf of clients. it covers three groups: visitors to this website, the prospects and account contacts reached through a lane run for a client, and the clients themselves. where a client's own privacy policy governs its specific program, that policy controls the outreach run for that client.

information we collect
from this website:
- standard server request data our host processes to deliver the site: ip address, device and browser type. we run no analytics today; if that changes, this policy and the cookie policy change first
- what you submit through a form: name, company, email, phone, your stated needs, and your preferred contact window, when you book an onboarding call
- when you submit the booking form: your browser's user-agent string and a random first-party visitor id (the omk_vid cookie, described on the cookies page), used to protect the form from abuse
- cookies and similar technology, described in section 07
from an acquisition lane run for a client:
- prospect and account contact information, name, company, title, phone, email, and business address, sourced from public records and licensed third-party data partners
- call notes, qualification data, and outcome data generated during outreach on the client's behalf
-
how we use it
- to build and operate the acquisition lane, and to score and deliver qualified opportunities into a client's crm
- to respond to consultation requests and other inquiries submitted through this site
- to run our compliance-oriented workflows: list hygiene, call qa, script refinement, and reporting
- to meet legal, contractual, and compliance obligations, and to maintain the security of our systems
we do not use prospect or account data collected for one client's lane to build a product unrelated to that lane.
-
how we share it
- with the client whose acquisition lane the data was collected for, that is the point of the lane: it is delivered into their crm
- with service providers who help operate the lane under confidentiality and data-processing terms: dialer and telephony platforms, crm and data-enrichment platforms, hosting and analytics providers
- when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property
omnikom does not sell personal information to data brokers or third parties for their own marketing.
-
data retention
prospect and account data is retained for as long as needed to operate the acquisition lane and meet a client's contractual and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized on a schedule agreed with the client. website analytics and form-submission data is retained only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and to keep ordinary business records.
-
your rights and opt-out
depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, and to opt out of further contact. every outreach program we operate follows dnc scrubbing where applicable, calling-hour rules by state and market, and opt-out workflows for sms and email where used. to exercise any of these rights, or to be added to a do-not-contact list, reach out through the consultation page and tell us it is a privacy request, or ask the caller who contacted you to remove you directly.

cookies and website data
as of july 2026 this website sets no first-party cookies and runs no analytics. our host may set strictly necessary security cookies on some requests. the full, current statement lives at the cookie policy; if we add analytics or any cookie-using functionality, that page changes first.
-
security
we apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the data we handle, including access controls, encryption in transit, and vetting for the platforms used inside an acquisition lane. no system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
-
children's privacy
this website and the acquisition lanes we operate are directed at businesses and business contacts, not children. we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
